Our town homes replicate the warmth of craftsman and brownstone architecture. Like our single family homes, Rice Hope’s town homes also feature welcoming porches and two different garage options.

Who is building my Rice Hope home and what are the price ranges?

Advent Homes, SC Bodner and Sivica Homes will build homes ranging from the $120,000s to the mid $300,000s.

How much are my Homeowner’s Association fees at Rice Hope? What services do they include?

The annual assessments will be calculated by estimated budget prior to closing on any home.

What are the property taxes at Rice Hope?

Taxes are determined by the county millage rate. Check with the Chatham County Tax Commissioner for more detailed information.

What types of amenities are available to me at Rice Hope?

Amenities are what makes Rice Hope such a great place to live. Few Savannah communities can rival our Town Water Park. Our Town Center, comprised of 70 acres, will make Rice Hope a vibrant, self-contained village for the 21st century. The Town Center’s proposed plans include a major grocery store chain, and smaller shops providing necessary goods and services. You’ll be able to drop off your dry cleaning, grab a bite to eat, mail a package, and celebrate a birthday at the local restaurant or maybe even an ice cream parlor.

What schools will my children attend?

Savannah-Chatham County public schools are some of the area’s finest. In the last three years, no other Georgia school district has made greater gains in overall academic performance. Residents of Rice Hope also have access to private education opportunities, including Christian, military and vocational schools. Opportunities to pursue higher education include the respected Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah State and Georgia Technical Institute.

When will the Rice Hope community be completed?

The initial phase will be ready for its first residents in the first quarter of 2006. The length of the entire project is estimated for completion in 7-8 years, depending on the velocity of sales throughout the community.
